  1. He was kicked off for using a CRS(a child seat)... Not for his sons name not being on the ticket, which they arent allowed to look at for children under 18 anyway, so by law they wouldnt know whose seat that belongs too since they arent allowed to look as the child is under 18.   3. DJ punknfunk Please troll elsewhere. Because the child is underage they can not ask to see his ticket, he is already on the plane. Federal law trumps your opinion. Let alone that wasnt the issue why they were kicked off, which was for a CHS(a child seat) actually recommended by the FAA. Troll elsewhere my man.
