  1. Stop paying taxes everyone. That will send the message. EDIT: Sad to read so many people don't know about claiming to be an independent contractor, claim, you earn a salary, fill out tax form W9, and only have a bank account to cash your checks you may get then pull all the money out(just in case). It's rather easy to get around them. Now if you owe money prior to this, they will get you for tax evasion. If not, they can do nothing but add "interest" to your late fee that you will never pay.
