  2. There is this thing called weather. Unless you want to drive down the middle of the road like Russia did during its humiliating offensive at Vulhedar where they drove down the middle of the road into the same minefield over and over for no reason they need to wait for it to dry out.

  5.  @moiseshuerta3984  Usually when you invade a country you dont expect to engage in trench warfare that never ends a few miles from the border. This is after Russia retreated from Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv and Kherson. Russia now dusting off T54s and Scooby Doo vans, pretty scary.

  7.  @moiseshuerta3984  Imagine if the US invaded Mexico and a few miles in got bogged down and started digging trenches, then they resurrect the M26 Pershing but were like well we captured Tijuana so as you can see everything is going according to plan. Thats where Russia's at right now.

  9.  @timonsolus  They did abstain unti a few days ago when they voted to condemn Russia with everyone else. I guess they see the writing on the wall. And I think China would much rather have Manchuria back instead of a bumbling vassal.

"The resolution “deplores in the strongest terms the aggression by Russia and affirms the international community’s commitment to the sovereignty, independence." You know you can go read the resolution yourself right? why lie about something thats so easy to disprove?

China's top trading partner is the US, Russia isn't even on the list, i'm sure China is happy to buy Russian oil at below the EU price cap but thats about as far as that relationship goes. And im sure China would much prefer Manchuria back over an incompetent vassal.

  14.  @againstviralmisinformation510  $$$$$ is why. Chinas trade with Russia is miniscule. Their #1 trade partner is the US, They do more trade with Australia then they do Russia. Also they have Russia by the short hairs, Russia is ostracized by their former customers and will take any deal they can get. Why would they jeopardize trade with russia just for 'more cooperation between the EU and UN'? You contradict yourself. The west isn't trying to limit anything, the west wants to maintain the status quo, which can be at odds with Chinese expansionism sure but China doesn't want to deindustrialize and starve just to conquer Taiwan. Which is what would happen if they find themselves at odds with the west. If they piss off Russia it just means no more cheap oil. They'd like cheap oil though which is why you hear the double speak from them. Understand?

There's only a handful of countries that voted not to condemn Russia at the UN, those are Russias friends. And its not like they are going to give anything to Russia for free, they will milk every dime they can out of them.
