@attilamarics3374 The data comes from the ministry of finance. Hydrocarbon export volume hasn't fallen as much, its revenue that has dropped by over half.

@attilamarics3374 You don't get the point of Russia's hydrocarbon revenue dropping by over half? This makes up 40% of all government revenue, and its dropped by over half, this shouldn't be difficult for someone to work out. By contrast the US is setting record's every year.
