@davemccrillis1470 On 21 April 2021, Putin made a speech in which he repeatedly warned the West of red lines that Russia would not accept. There is a wikepedia article dedicated to the red lines set by Russia most of which have been crossed by the west. You are right though, Putin said the war would take two weeks, not three days.

@davemccrillis1470 It's easy enough to look up Vlad's two week statement. Even the state doesn't deny he said it, they were just upset it was made public.

@anandb3514 The reason Putin has a warrant and not other potential war criminals is because he confessed his crimes on TV. If Bush or Blair confessed to their crimes they would be wanted too.
