  1.  @Liberty_or_Ded  Just did a bit of checking, USS Chesapeake was not moored, she was at sea. Though not at war with Britain it was very careless of her commander not to be a bit more cautious when sailing in what was, due to the blockaded French ships, effectively an active war zone. Also cowardice doesn't come into it, HMS Leopard was ordered to board the USS Chesapeake and search her for RN deserters which she did. Note, I'm not addressing the rights or wrongs of those orders.

  4.  @michaelblaszkiewicz7283  If USS Constitution charges HMS Victory then she's coming in bow first, and gets raked. HMS Victory is fine, USS Constitution is not.
