  1. The last summit was attended by 40 premieres. This one, just 17 attended, with the rest supposedly having better things to do. It's a massive humiliation for Putin. No other way to cut it.

  2. It says a lot that only 17 premieres attended. Sending second fiddle to meet Putin is a bit of a slap in the face. Pretty humiliating.

  3.  @deelight3469  The last summit was 2019, and 38 premieres attended. Previous summits were generally around 40. Having only 17 show up, with the rest saying they've got better things to do than meet Putin, is a humiliation. No other way to cut it.

  6.  @garrybro12791  Basically yeah. Russia is forced to sell stuff cheaply, and countries like China are exploiting that situation for profit.

  9.  @sasobrume6866  Because Ukraine is roughly 10% of the world supply, and supply (along with demand) is one of the main drivers behind prices. I think this is very easy to understand.
