BBC lies! Deliberately conflating absentee voting with vote by mail. Absentee voting is legal and relatively secure. Used for genuine reasons. Vote by mail is sending out ballots to everyone on the voter rolls. Then allowing vote harvesting where others (political operatives) can deliver your paper ballot to the voting box. This method is rife with fraud and banned in 35 states for good reason. Dirty voter rolls ensure massive number of extra ballots. LA county has 1.5 million more people on their voter rolls than they have people! Owen Hall absentee voting is where people have to apply to vote using ID beforehand. Eg Military or disabled. The proposal is simply to send out paper ballots to everyone. In LA county alone there are 1.5 million people on the voter roll more than ACTUAL people in LA county. Dead, moved address or otherwise ineligible. Anyone can take those ballots and vote for them. In California ballot harvesting is legal now. If elections are to mean anything honest democrats would be against this.

King Mav the objection he and conservatives have is not to absentee voting (by mail) which requires filling out forms and ID checks. It’s to sending out ballots by mail to every registered voter. This would in effect allow for massive voter fraud. LA county has 1.5 million more voters on its dirty voter rolls than people. That’s a lot of duplicates and dead people that can be “Harvested” to ensure a democrat victory.

King Mav nothing has changed since 2005 except democrats. They used to accept in person voting with limited absentee voting was the best way for secure elections. They have changed their tune. The facts haven’t changed. In Los Angeles county alone there are 1.5 million more voters on their rolls than people. That means just in that county 1.5 million paper ballots would be sent out to people that have no right to vote be they have moved or are dead. You think that’s acceptable?

I’ll tell you why because you know ballot harvesting is a democrat tactic that conservatives shun.
