  1. This isn’t journalism. The “Constitutional right to have an abortion” Doesn’t exist! It’s nowhere in the constitution! Democrats had 49 years to make abortion law. They never did because they knew it would cost them elections. Anything NOT clearly stated in the constitution is a states right. All that this decision has done is RETURN that right to the states and thus the PEOPLE.
