They are the installed public figureheads of the Deep State and globalist oligarchy that rule the West and control all Western governments, and consist of the intelligence agencies, the large banks and the central banks, the NATO military complex, certain corporate leaders, and privileged elites who are part of exclusive and/or secret societies.
