Using Kamikaze sea drones for search and destroy missions far from aerial drone surveillance range at sea is probably done based on radar detection from shore of Russian ships in the Black Sea. The only way to verify the extent of the Kamikaze sea drone damage is when the Russian tug boats go out to tow the Russian vessel back into port.

The Ukrainian Kamikaze sea drones are hard to detect and relatively cost effective to make compared to a cost of a Russian warship. The Ukrainian Kamikaze sea drones will make it harder for the Russian warship to leave port. With the Montreuz Convention of the Turkish Straits preventing Russian warships sailing through the straits in time of war, Russia can’t replace their warships in the Black Sea with ships from the Northern fleet.

@Trader98V Any NATO warship wouldn't get themselves in this situation because they have friends and allies who fight together.

@Trader98V The US ship was in port in the Middle East and not at war, and yes it was an act of terrorism. Other countries offer help and support.
