Their best bet to be rescued is the civilian vessel MV Deep Energy, a subsea pipe-laying vessel; it uses ROVs to connect ocean floor well heads to their oil pipelines that they lay across the ocean floor. The military has nothing capable of rescuing them that deep or pulling them up to the surface.
