  1. In Russia it’s every soldier for themselves. If you are a captured Russian soldier, if you are exchanged in a POW swap, on your return you can go to prison if you voluntarily surrounded. In a POW exchange, the Ukrainians top priority is the sick and wounded Ukrainian soldiers, Putin’s top priority is the convict Russian soldiers with time left on their contracts that aren’t sick or wounded; he excludes the sick and wounded and let the Ukrainians help them.
