  1. It looks like a Russian live fire training exercise. The Russian lightly armored fighting vehicles and dismounted troops firing their anti-tank weapons are lined up in a row normally done during a live fire field training exercise, to make sure no one is in the line of fire. The Russian soldier next to the soldier firing the RPG has a white armband and white patch on his helmet normally indicating a range safety officer for the training excise.
