@Asian Boss
I think that a lot of instances of racism or what is perceived as racist derives from people being ignorant and not as exposed to people of other ethnic background. That ignorance is exacerbated with the way film and TV portray people of a certain ethnic background.
So in the instance of "Blacks" unless you're someone who has had regular exposure and interaction with Black people or even just getting a more culturally sensitive education.
As mentioned, if someone bumps into a Black person or has some sort of an altercation, and if that Black person reacts in a stereotypical manner, the ignorant individual will take that as reinforcement of their perceived notion.
I think that it's fucked up that (sorry for the language) that in this day and age, people automatically make assumptions or what someone would be like personality/behavior-wise, or assumptions of someone having a certain skill set strictly dependent on someone's ethnicity.
What we should strive for as a race (the human race) is to judge people by their actions and behavior, and not their socio-economic status, ethnicity, or nationality. We need to go beyond these ignorant assumptions.
I know people might not be comfortable, but the whole notion of white supremacy molding society is more often than not, a fact of society as a whole these days.
The 'correct' mentality is often forced upon people.
