  1. I support these tolls IF THEY ARE INCOME BASED. If you earn $50,000 you pay $5, if you earning $500,000 you pay $50. Also introduce the same system for traffic offenses like a growing number of Europe countries, CAUGHT SPEEDING & earn $50,000 you pay $100, if you earn $500,000 you pay $1,000. That would pull in a lot more money from tolls & fines to make it easier for National to balance the books & run the government as a 'For Profit Corporation' instead of government intent on looking after the poor & average Kiwi. Using Taxes to pay for infrastructure is both fairer & gains more money that tolls & fees that affect the poor Kiwi's massively & is nothing to the rich.
