Unless the dictator/communist/tribal countries allow their populations to be free to flourish economically… nothing changes… ‘rich’ countries can not change trajectory of increased populations and poverty in these countries only the dictator/communist countries can do that…. just look at Afghanistan $300,000,000 a day for 20 years.. and Afghanistan culture of tribes wants to stay that way…. Now they need aid again (still no economy). The culture of the country has to change…. money goes into a black hole.. and the UN in 75 years hasn’t changed cultures to economically Independent nations or the same countries wouldn’t be coming back every year for more and more aid. Freedom and independence has not grown in countries that just want money. And we should not impoverish the few countries left who are providing food and medicine… by asking them to provide more and more money, (taxpayers work for that money that the UN is collecting)… there will be a collapse.
