When you have a family…. you have a budget… tell a mother how much she has to spend….she will prioritize…… In professors and elites minds…. There is never a concept of budget…. they expect the US taxpayers to just keep giving the world more and more unaccountable money. The US is 30 trillion in DEBT… the taxpayers are now buying trailers and cars to live in. The elites and experts need to think about money and budget first….. and recognize their cash cow has to many straws in it… their cow is dying.
