  1. Most people predicted this. Russia focused wayyyyyy too many essential resources into invading Ukraine. And unlike when America does something that stupid, Russia is not the richest country in the world. It literally cannot afford this war AND to protect the homeland at the same time. Apparently, to Putin, fighting a losing war in Ukraine is more important to him than protecting the Russia people and state.

  2. Exposing the fact that the Kremlin prefers war in Ukraine over protecting the homeland... That is like spitting in the face of every Russian citizen. So instead they are try to downplay the tragedy while blaming Ukraine for it.
