  3. Dave Smith I support trickle up economics. An economy that's focused on lifting the poor up into the middle class. The reason why repubicans always screw up the economy is because they always try to grow it from the top down (trickle down) which has never worked, and it never will. The middle class doesn't grow from the top down, with the wealthy moving into the middle class, it grows from the poor making their way into the middle classes. You don't build a house from the top down, you build it from the bottom up. Now you can build a house from the top down if you want to, but it will eventually collapse because it never had a strong foundation. An economy works the same way. Greed is the sole motivating factor behind republicans approach to trickle down economics.
