Trump's defenders keep coming out and saying that we can't take Trump seriously when he says certain things. Oh Really?!?! So he's the President of the United States, but we shouldn't take him seriously, like he's the equivalent of a big pair of red clown shoes. If we can't take him seriously, then clearly he's unfit, and unqualified for the office he holds. The other thing his defenders like to say is "oh that's just Trump being Trump" like that makes it okay. That's like saying "Jeffrey Dahmer eating people was just Jeffrey Dahmer being Jeffrey Dahmer." I'm sorry, but that's not a rational defense.
