  14. Ruzzia is the most corrupt country in Europe. The Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) for 2021 listed Ukraine as fairly corrupt tied for 122 out of 180 nations. (1 is best, 180 is worst). Ukraine was tied for 122 with Eswatini. Ruzzia was tied for no. 136, along with their friends Angola, Liberia, and Mali.

Ruzzia only acquired it as a territory in 1783, after its being the possession of others for +/- 2,200 years. Ruzzia in one form or another held it for 171 years (it's ownership was disputed during this time, and Ruzzians did not always rule there). In 1954, the head of the USSR, Nikita Khrushchev, transferred Crimea from Ruzzia to Ukraine. In 1991, post-Soviet Ruzzia agreed to the borders between the Soviet Republics would be the international borders between the newly independent states. While there was some dispute over who would govern Crimea, Ruzzia signed the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances in 1994, which states that it would "Respect Belarusian, Kazakh and Ukrainian independence, sovereignty, and the existing borders". Yeltsin's government effectively signed away any rights (which they really didn''t have) to Crimea. Even with the illegal invasion of Crimea by Ruzzia, only 17 countries in the UN sided with Ruzzia's claim, and they are all sycophants and/or fellow travelers in Ruzzia's camp.
