  12. I highly doubt that was a Ukrainian operation. It was a weak explosive where it could do no real harm. Yet it was an easily recognizable place and the camera coverage was impeccable. And Putler wasn't there. This was a Ruzzian false flag op designed to make the Kyiv government (and by extension the Washington government appear to be assassins with no scruples or some such nonsense. It also is an attempt to rally support for "brave, embattled" Putler, who can't get closer than 130km of the front yet is a hero for not being present when his people performed and filmed this PR stunt.

If Ruzzia launches nukes, Ruzzia ends Putler knows that, and since he doesn't want to die at the hands of his guards in some squalid bunker, and since he cannot even guarantee that his order to launch nukes would be carried out, he'll have to be satisfied with making faintly veiled threats.
