  2. Like the USSR did in WW2? The US spent 6 times as much on supplying the USSR as it did on the atom bomb project. The Soviets were still making payments I think when the hammer and sickle got hauled down for the last time.

Not every shell produced in the US is going to Ukraine. The US Army uses them too. So do many others. Canada is opening a new plant soon. The US is getting at least one more up and going. Taiwan and the Philippines are watching with approval.
