  1. ​ @yes8032  They are not stealing them. The law allows for impounding cars from seriously drunk drivers, to convince them and others not to drive drunk. They were selling them at auction already. Now they send them to Ukraine to help hospitals and other healthcare agencies. Cars don't last long in a warzone.
