  1. At least the LA City Council finally realized that spending $550,000 / per unit ( 1-2 person ) for a massive homeless project.... Was NOT going to solve much of anything. Now they are coming down to REALITY. Talking about less than $6,000 per "unit" for a more dorm type project.
