  6. Lubhomir if immigrant migrate there in your country and marry women there under that women willingness and get citizenship, it ain't breaks the law of your country so it's not an issue. Many white women, blue eyes, sharp nose accept Islam and make them difficult to find Muslim husband so they marry the immigrant. That's doesn't break any law, if its mean legal then it's legal.
