ONLY to then be shortchanged by Churchill's 1922 White Paper which became ratified by the League of Nations later in 1922, where the Jewish people only got 23% of THEIR land ! ! The Arab States of Syria, Jordan got the other 77% ! ! And STILL they were not happy !

Well said Ollie ! I despise Hilary Clinton, BUT, for once she is actually speaking the TRUTH. What she said, and all that you said, corresponds to MULTIPLE sources, from U.N Records, Records of the League of Nations, Arab High Committee Records, Lord Peel's own minutes, etc etc. It has NEVER been about LAND. In Lord Peel's minutes when he presses Haj Amin Al Husseini, even Al Husseini lets out that it is about the Jewish PEOPLE.

@bdadolph EVERY President has tried and tried for a "Two State Solution"......The Arab Nationalists have ALWAYS walked away ! EVERY single time ! And SHE has NEVER "been sensible" as she has ALWAYS backed "Regime Change" around the world. Her HUSBAND as President achieved the Oslo Accords which ARE still legally binding, i'.e., BOTH parties signed "NO changes in status WITHOUT both signatories agreement" That was WHY Israel honoured that, and TOTALLY pulled out of Gaza, and pretty much out of Judea and Samaria. i.e., Nearest EVER to a "Two State Solution"....and what was the result

You can hardly have a "Two State Solution" where one State WANTS to peacefully co-exist, while the OTHER State wants the other State DEAD ! Odd how that rather pivotal point is always glossed over
