To divide people who previously got on with each other into "intersecting oppressed groups" who are forced into CONFLICT with each other, the backlash that Mercy spoke of now happening. Marxism is a CONFLICT theory and cannot gain traction WITHOUT that conflict. DEI is yet another Trojan Horse FOR that vile, insidious "critical theory"

Brought in a young kid who flippantly declared "all that matters is bums on seats [staff] " and then proceeded to "manage out" aka purge, ALL the highly experienced and skilled team, and bingo, the service went downhill FAST to the detriment of the service users
