  1. Kosovo WAS Serbia, AND they all lived peacefully for nearly 50 YEARS.... until NATO decided to "Regime Change" Yugoslavia after Tito's death. Really worked, didn't it

I clearly remember both Grandfathers who came through WW1, and my Dad after WW2 all reflecting on friends they'd lost and what could have been done to avoid such slaughter and misery, yet here we all are with our so called "leaders" blithely going the same way all over again. Really sad, isn't it

  7. EXACTLY ! Yugoslavia was where NATO honed their "Regime Change" tactics now being "brought peacefully" to Ukraine. Like you have said my friend, Kosovo WAS in Serbia LONG, LONG before "Albania" even EXISTED, and only AFTER the Ottoman "Islamisation" and colonising. "Albania" only ever became an "Independent Nation" in 1912 ! ! ! "Ethnic Albanians" in this documentary SHOULD read, descendants of Ottoman Colonialists ! Crimea has ALWAYS been a part of Russia and Kosovo has ALWAYS been part of Serbia !......or are we to accept that France, having been occupied by Germany in WW1 and WW2, IS actually GERMANY ? Or should ENGLAND accept that it is indeed ITALY, having been occupied by the ROMANS ?

  10.  @Isai31  Ummm, SERBIA was the ONLY nation in Yugoslavia who DID fight the Nazis. Except for Croat COMMUNISTS under Tito, ALL the others collaborated en masse and VOLUNTEERED for Waffen SS Divisions ! ! You know, the REAL "Nazis" ? ?

  11.  @besg5725  I am afraid you are simply wrong ! Serbia was the only Nation NEVER to have succumbed to the Ottoman Invasion and colonisation ! Hence why Kosovo has ALWAYS been so important as PART of Serbia. Colonialist "revisionism" of actual events and suppression OF Serbs does NOT constitute victory. And the principalities that REMAINED FREE obviously had to "co operate" TRADEWISE to survive.

  14.  @ssir5927  Yes, FUNNY how all those previously declared "Subversive" and "Terrorist" paramilitary groups suddenly became "freedom fighters and were copiously supplied by the west...BEFORE all the bloodshed started,....and THEN once it HAD....surprise, surprise, NATO provides AIR SUPPORT.......Now that rings a bell.....oh wait,....yes the AZOV Battalion and the SHEIKH MANSOUR Battalions.

  16.  @ermallami4659  To break APART the former Yugoslavia which HAD maintained peace AND prosperity for ALL the Nations within. Tito HAD maintained the peace, but refused to bow to the USSR OR USA. NATO needed to pull that apart by sowing "ethnic division" for THEIR Industrial ends and MASSIVE profits. Just like Iraq

  17.  @ermallami4659  Tito's death, simmering Nationalist tensions just about contained and being negotiated PEACEFULLY internally, until NATO sent in covert SF personell to train and supply the various Nationalist para militaries, who got bolder and bolder until Serbia OVER REACTED to NATO provocation....Just like Ukraine today !

I was aware from 1981 - 82 onwards of growing Nationalist "dissent" being stirred up in all of the nations that the Jugoslav Government had held in check for years by that rotating of dominant members to ensure no one nation ever held total control. 1982 was when I heard of protests to the UN about clandestine flights from the US arriving at night, first in Slovenia then in Croatia. 1983 those Nationalist elements REALLY started to kick off as they were then armed, and surprise, surprise, Milosevic's speeches became more belligerent too. I will give him credit though, as until end of 1983 he DID keep complaining at the UN about Western interference, just like Putin had done in 2012-2014. But when the west repeatedly DENIED it and KEPT ON training and supplying weapons to paramilitaries. I saw how Milosevic "turned" and stirred up SERB nationalists too. That would not surprise me if HE was always part of the plan
