Please can someone in America explain to me, HOW someone can be labelled as "An Insurrectionist" when there has been NO TRIAL yet, let alone a CONVICTION ? And also for that, there had to have BEEN "AN INSURRECTION", defined as AN ARMED UPRISING. There WAS NO such thing ! !....so GUILTY without ANY trial, of a "CRIME" that did not even OCCUR ? ? Am I missing something here ?
