What wise people are saying, is "don't let TOTAL STRANGERS into your home, IF THEY DO NOT SHARE YOUR VALUES" i'e., UNTIL YOU KNOW THEIR INTENT. And YES, ALL people years ago WERE naiive to just ;let ANYONE in, INCLUDING "Europeans" OR OTHER TRIBES.
