HIS passion for HIS "Lovely Spits" and all the "Bods" he knew and many who were lost, taught ME from a VERY young age what his generation had done for MINE. That same passion was continued and deepened at Primary AND secondary schools by many teachers who had ALSO come through service and war for OUR "Better future". How many parents OR teachers today, open children's eyes to the DEBT we all owe to those who served for OUR freedoms and way of life ? It seems it is basically do NOT do anything to damage drainage or public utilities coming in or out of the property, but other than that, you can build whatever you want on your property.
