  4. @dianajones5708 My friends over there have said the same. It seems it is basically do NOT do anything to damage drainage or public utilities coming in or out of the property, but other than that, you can build whatever you want on your property. How they put it to me, was you do your own thang as long as you DON'T harm or cause nuisance to others. Seems pretty fair to me.
