  1.  @PeterPete  All Articles of the Convention are OBVIOUSLY subject to the "Limitations" you state, my friend, and are clearly outlined in Article 9(2) of the Convention, which reads as follows: "Freedom to manifest one's religion or beliefs shall be subject ONLY to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of public safety, for the protection of public order, health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others." However, that does not negate the main intent of Article 10 ! - ECHR - Article 10 1. "EVERYONE has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers." Please note that last part, my friend, - "to receive and impart information and ideas WITHOUT interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers." UNLESS there are current EMERGENCY Public Order and Safety concerns, which undoubtedly DOES currently exist. However, they are NOT intended as a blanket negation of Article 10.............. which, as I understand numerals, was formulated AFTER Article 9 ? In simple terms, my friend, I suggest you read them again ?
