  1.  @dexine4723  That is the sad and reprehensible tragedy, isn't it. I have to put my hand up and admit I had noticed the beginning but not SEEN it for what it was ? 1970s - 1988 I had friends in Blackburn and have fond memories of running through back alleys at night with the kids up to that big park up on the hill. "Noticed" slow increase in a particular demographic, but did not SEE until they "felt it best to move,...for the kids". I kick myself for being so slow on the uptake, AND in retrospect, for believing media lies ?
