I was walking my 2 dogs on the side walk. It was icy in the morning and cold,but my mid day mostly it all melted away. However, it was mid day and I came across this spot that hadn't been hit by the sunlight. I didn't see the ice and slipped back landed right on my tail bone. I mean smack on my tail bone. I was in pain but managed to get to my house okay. For at least 1 month or more it hurt to do certain things just because of the movement. I remember once I aggravated it again so that set me back. But yeah it took a fairly long time to get better.
