  1. Most would have been in fear indeed. Most people like him being black they think oh I can get away with assault because police won't do much (meaning it's just not even spending time in jail, in and out). Hopefully everything dropped

  2. If the card was declined, the guy or lady should have paid with cash. My card was declined before then i just pay with cash. You could always use a different credit card too
