  1. I like how the last guy interviewed says his country has problems. The U.S. has a ton of problems clearly. Oh....they don't necessarily have to go over or under the wire. Heck, they can just get s shovel and dig a tunnel under it and then up. It's that easy. If you really wanted to keep people out you build either a taller fence not being able to climb it AND electric fence. There problem solved.
