  1. Obama; hope and change Trump; Make America great again Both suggested they would fix our broken economy. Voters thought the economy would be fixed at every level. Trump explicitly stated it since they'd already been disappointed by presidents of both parties over and over. Who has a real plan for the future including real jobs with a living wage? Not Obama. Not Trump. Bernie who also makes it clear who is responsible even the politically illiterate are able to understand.

  2. Some didn't bother to vote, some wrote in their candidate of choice and others voted third party in order to avoid choosing between two bad candidates. Biden would almost certainly get the same results. All he has to do is keep talking.

  3. Bernie would probably pick up a lot of the people who voted both Obama and Trump. They both offered something to hope for while Clinton offered nothing. I know a lot of these voters and they have been disappointed by both candidates but would also have been let down by Clinton.
