  1. Most of the BLM horses are from primarily domestic stock. A variety of grade domestic horses who have become feral.

  2. Remove the cattle and sheep. Keep the horses. Cattle and sheep cause far more environmental damage. Catch and use excess horses. One of my best riding horses was from one of the very few true Spanish mustangs.
