President Kennedy also wanted a national healthcare program. President Carter was an Amazing President and I really would have liked to have seen him get a second term. I'll miss his being a part of the world and his loss will be deeply felt by some of us. The only time in my life we didn't go to war were during the four years of Carter's Presidency.
