I'm pretty sure the charge would be negligent homicide. I don't know what they would do with it on a mass scale though. I think the families who lost loved ones should come together, get a lawyer, and file a class action suit which might get the ball rolling.

In case you hadn't noticed there is a mass worker strike, some organized and some not. Workers are demanding better pay and benefits as well as being treated with respect.

Republicans are now trying to get their constituents vaccinated because they are losing their base while those who vote Democrat are mostly vaccinated.

It's true that in red states they are still trying to keep people unvaccinated. The states with a more mixed population are begging people to get vaccinated after spending all this time fighting against it.
