  3. That document is used as an EXCUSE, NOT as a guide. Dems will always SAY they want these things, but will never actually IMPLEMENT them. Total, bought and paid for hypocrites, just like the GOP, may it be a little less corrupt, or, let me rephrase that, a little more WORRIED about how corrupt they LOOK. It's all one big club and we ain't in it.
