Surgeons and other specialties require advancement in robotics but LLMs, vision and some basic diagnostic censors will cover everything a GP does for free. You'll just have to get your prescription from an overseas pharmacy or something, if you want to go that route. In reality doctors should be telling people not to be fat and eat garbage all the time, so that patients don't get most of their chronic degenerative diseases in the first place.
