  1. How old is he? I understand, that he has committed 4 murders. But he is looking underdeveloped. There is a ban of buying alcohol and tobacco products for those who are under legal age. There is a ban of legally driving car for those below certain age. So - the state, when it is for the state advantage, recognizes the lack of full development of human person. But this very state - also when it is for its advantage - judges 15, even 14, even 13 (!!!) AS ADULTS AND IMPOSES UPON THEM MAXIMAL SENTENCE. It is as incomprehensible as an imposition of several concurrent life sentences or several long consecutive sentences amounting to ridiculous 3 or 4 human lives. Repair first this completely idiotic judicial system, that can render life sentence for the so-called THREE STRIKES, and only after that try to demand from totally neglected, abused, deprived and oppressed people to obey reasonable laws. People are so aggressive and unstable precisely because they cannot find even a sandgrain of justice in this country, and, on subconscious level, they react accordingly, commiting heinous crimes within completely twisted and broken world of total lawlessness which corrupts this society from the top of head to the toenails.
