  1. Mr. Dimon is spot on. The public debt of a number of Western countries is the most obvious but most overlooked risk factor. In addition, the money is somewhat wasted when it is governments that allocate other people's money. Evidence of misallocation is structural and accelerating debt levels relative to GDP. Look at France, Spain, Italy and the USA.
