  3. Yeah, before 2014 India didn't have any Foreign relationship, not even with USA. Everything was done by Modi ji. But still, leave Pakistan and China aside, India didn't have good relationship with Nepal and Maldives too. Anti India sentiments are increasing in our neighborhood. This is anything but a successful foreign policy. By the way, Biden denied coming to India at last moment and France even came to India during emergency too.
