  1. This is a good decision but it was also expected . HC or SC had denied and will continue to deny all kinds of reservation, except the one for Upper Caste.

  2.  @AdityaSingh-dw3zm  Your Community?😂😂 First of all read my comment and understand. Secondly, 15% of the population got 10% of reservation meaning, 66% of reservation. And der was no survey. Take the example and judgement of SC in cases of Maratha or Jaat reservation. And finally, Reservation is not "GAREEBI HATAO YOJANA." It is to enable people belonging to the marginal community who have been Wronged historically. That's mainly SC/ST and then OBC to some extent.

  3.  @AmalTan  😂😂 First of all read the data of Bihar Caste Survey. Less than 2% OBC are in government jobs. So even if Yadav has captured all those positions then also they are only 2% of Government jobs. So, I know you are a fool but at least don't show it to everyone. Secondly, I think moving Yadav to the General category will be good. Right now 15% of the population is getting 10% of the total reservation. Meaning, 66% reservation for Upper caste. So if 17% Yadav will be added, this gross injustice will be reduced a bit.

  4.  @AmalTan  One mistake from my end. 2% approx was Yadav in Government jobs. "Among the OBCs, 2,89,538 Yadavs have government jobs (1.55% of the community) as compared with 1,17,171 Kurmis (3.11% of the community), and 1,12,106 Kushwahas holding government jobs." So not 2% but 1.5% of Yadav's are in government jobs. The percentage for other OBC are more. About hate. See you comment first and then talk about others. My main comment is a comment on the supreme court and not on any caste. But the hateful, Jaatiwadi person like you commented like that. Read data properly again and see who has captured everything. By the way, I don't see any comment on how almost 66% of Upper caste(Including muslim Upper caste) are getting reservations. It shows your intellectual (if it exists) bankruptcy. And, Yes I am a fool bcz I was against caste based reservation and mainly OBC reservation till 2019. Hence never took Reservation for myself.I don't have caste certificate. But then I saw the hypocrisy of everyone, including the Supreme court, media and especially my friends from upper caste. People like you are also in that category. You all jumped up and down like anything when Modi ji has given this upper caste reservation. And don't tell me it is Economic weaker section reservation. Bcz people like me, who doesn't believe in caste based reservation wanted to take this economic reservation will not be able to get it. Criteria are almost like Creamy layer in OBC. So it is Upper caste reservation only. After 2019 I understood how you guys have looted and taken advantage of every Hindu(lower caste) for thousands of years and then started doing Chamchagiri of Muslims rulers and then British. You guys are pathetic and morally corrupt. And when I say "You Guys" - then it means all upper caste people who are intellectually bankrupt, takes advantage of der caste, privilege and speak against caste based reservation for 70 years and when they got the reservation, then it becomes a good thing.

You are the bigot, Jaatiwadi, who commented the hateful Jaatiwadi comment that "If your community comes into General category". I responded that it will be good and it will atleast remove the gross inappropriate captured in reservation by 15% population. Byt you don't have any response on that and you keep coming back with your bigot and false accusations. My whole point was that SC, Government and Media all work for upper Caste. we have seen in Jaat Reservation and Maratha reservation, SC asked lots of questions and asked to do survey but they accepted this Jaatiwadi upper caste reservation without any survey. Being a bigot jaatiwadi fool you are, you will not be able to see that. 12-13% upper caste(excluding muslim upper caste)captured 31% jobs but it is not a capture but Yadavs who are having jobs in proportion to der population are capturing jobs. Even other OBC like Kurmi and Kushwaha have more jobs than Yadav's (in respect of der population). Do you see how much hateful jaatiwadi jahil you are? I am 100% sure that you don't like any OBC reservation and der is no problem in that. But you are a hypocrite and your hypocrisy is exposed bcz you support and like the other 10% Jaatiwadi reservation for Upper Caste. So shut your mouth up until you have answers for this and my main comment. And read it before showing your hateful Jaatiwadi comment against one particular caste.

I wrote by mistake and unlike fools and jatiwadi bigots like you, I accept my mistake if I have done. EWS on NSSO data? So NSSO knew that Bihar has 15% EWS and they gave 67% of der population reservation knowingly? The government,SC didn't check that? Everyone works for Upper caste is not a conspiracy but based on judgement made by SC, Media coverage, etc. SC maintained 50% limit for Reservation till 2019. They denied the reservation for Maratha and Jaat on basis of that. Maharashtra gave a 5% reservation for Maratha and SC denied them. Same for Jaat reservation. They even asked for socio economic survey and data for those categories. But when it came for Upper Caste reservation, they didn't ask for anything. I am sure NSSO data was available for Maratha and Jaat too. But still they asked for it. I saw the media and my upper caste friends disgust over those reservation demands. But when It happened for the Upper caste, SC was not bothered about the 50% limit. They didn't ask for any survey, social economic situation and survey for that. "EWS quota should be decreased in Bihar" - 😂😂 But You would be against caste survey and it has exposed that only. Do you see the irony? What about UP, MP, Rajsthan, etc? Even last BJP government in Karnataka tried to reduce the upper Caste reservation in der state bcz they didn't found 10% eligible people in that category. So der 100% reservation was provided to Upper caste and still quata numbers didn't match. I assume this bcz if they would not have allocated the upper caste reservation for Lingayats. And that was the BJP government. Not any MY based party or even congress. 😂 Why should we not think that this is a situation in all states except Himachal and Uttrakhand ? Why isn't caste reservation done on the basis of population then? Then your hate towards Yadav might decrease who is getting jobs in ratio to der population and you can see how 12% getting 31% jobs is capture.

  8.  @AmalTan  Last comment and just for your info, bcz you don't understand things. Reservation is not "Gareebi Hatao Scheme." Not in India, not anywhere in the world. Reservation is given to marginalized communities who are historically denied due share and were treated harshly. Just for example. In Gujrat, some categories of Rajputs get OBC reservation.

  9.  @AmalTan  Rajputs are treated Harshly or not, doesn't matter. OBC is based on the current economic, social, political and administrative situation of any Community in a particular region. There was an entire report called Mondal Commission for that. Whenever a new group is added to OBC, a proper survey is done and cases have been filled. Court Rejected those groups to be added to obc or give extra reservation based on these findings. The only thing which was different during Upper caste reservation is, there was no survey,no report,no count, nothing and still reservation was given and approved by courts. They have rejected Maratha and Jaat reservation on the grounds of 50% limit and then in Upper caste reservation they conveniently found something to cross the 50% limit. Read your first comment and see if you are a Jaatiwadi or not. And those who are Jaatiwadi are by default Jahil and Moorkh. Also, those who are Jaatiwadi, are also mostly bigots. So calling you Jatiwadi, bigot jahil is like calling a spade, spade.
