  1. This same decision should have been taken in 2020 itself and the people of India and J&K would have moved on. This and Electoral Bond should not have come to 2023 but it should have been decided in 2020. We can say now that "Der aaye Durust aaye". But the earlier indecision by other CGI(before CGI Chandrachud)has put a permanent black spot on SC.

  2. I would have liked if SC have put a exact date for restoration of statehood of J&K. Otherwise this is the only judgement which could have come.
